About the Event
On the 25th of July 2024, IREED Academy partnered with Doranda College to host a highly successful Career Workshop focused on Real Estate Trends and Industry Skill Development. The workshop was attended by a large group of MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, and BSC IT students, offering them an insightful experience into the competitive real estate market. The event featured interactive sessions, hands-on training, and expert-led discussions that provided the participants with valuable knowledge on crucial topics such as property valuation, market analysis, and sustainable development practices. Attendees were particularly impressed with the innovative syllabus of IREED Academy and its modern training methods. They also had the unique opportunity to interact with veterans in the real estate industry, gaining practical insights on how to navigate and succeed in the field.
A notable highlight of the workshop was its strong connection with Doranda College, a renowned institution since 1962, which has played a significant role in the education sector. The primary goal of this collaboration was not only to impart valuable industry knowledge but also to support job creation for students. The workshop effectively bridged the gap between education and employment, enhancing student employability and fostering human capital development critical to the growth of the real estate sector.
Building on the momentum of the workshop, IREED Academy and Doranda College conducted a campus recruitment drive on the 30th and 31st of July. This recruitment drive was a natural continuation of the career workshop, offering students the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they had gained. During the recruitment process, students participated in interviews and aptitude tests, demonstrating their understanding of real estate trends and showcasing the skills they had developed.
The success of both the workshop and the recruitment drive can be attributed to the strong partnership between IREED Academy—one of the leading institutions in real estate education—and Doranda College, an esteemed institution with a long history. The recruitment drive provided students with job openings and hands-on experience, further supporting their transition into the real estate industry and contributing to the development of human capital within the sector.
In conclusion, the workshop and recruitment drive empowered students with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to transform their careers and make a positive impact in the real estate industry. Both IREED Academy and Doranda College are committed to continuing this initiative, planning more events that will further enhance student employability and contribute to the growth of the real estate sector. The success of this event serves as a precursor to many more promising opportunities, paving the way for students to achieve their career aspirations and make significant strides in the industry.
